Shipping & Handling
*Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer’s expense. Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.
The Bubble Lab has carefully selected the fastest, most reliable shipping method for all of the products on our site. Your order may ship with UPS, FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, and typically our shipping partners do not deliver on the weekends.
All in-stock items are shipped within 4-6 business days (Monday – Friday), due to higher than normal order volumes during sales shipping times may increase, and you will be notified of any delay. Currently, orders are only shipped within Canada or the US. If there is an issue with delivery times or availability, The Bubble Lab customer care associate will contact you by phone or via email within 72 hours to discuss the shipping and delivery options. You will be emailed a tracking notification email once your order has shipped.
Please note that not all orders are shipped together. We strive to fill each online order in a timely manner and in order to do so some orders are shipped before others.
If there are any discrepancies with shipping amounts a customer service representative will contact you via phone or email to discuss price changes or
shipping options.
Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver orders once. A delivery notification will be left at your door if our shipping partners are unsuccessful in their attempt, packages are held at their depots for 3-7 business days and then shipped back to the warehouse. In order to arrange a re-delivery, delivery charges will need to be paid again by the purchaser.
All claims for damages/defects must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Any order discrepancies need to be reported to [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
Shipping charges are based on our shipping partner’s locations. If your location is outside of their shipping areas there may be additional shipping charges that were not calculated with your initial order. We will do our best to find a shipping rate that will work within the parameters of what was estimated. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and we will contact you as quickly as possible with shipping options.
